Massive Pair of Japanese Imari Porcelain Vases ghom Hand woven in IranA massive pair of Japanese Imari Porecelain vases, from the Meiji period (Circa 1870). Each comprising of a trumpet neck section with Fluted Rim that tilts into a convex collar to the upper body of elongated ovoid vase. Molded and painted in underglaze blue, iron red, enamels and gilding, the collar painted with a flowering head diaper, finished with dense strands of bamboo and egrets in reserve against a cobalt blue background bisected by flowering
